Get your heart pumping with this hour long, aerobic, step workout. You'll fit right in with team Xtreme as you step, dance, and sing to your favorite hip hop jams. Coach Tierra Covington will go over all of the steps at the beginning of class so you'll be prepared to keep up even if you've never done a step workout before.
Xtreme Hip Hop classes are available Wednesday nights at 6:30PM and Sunday afternoons at 3:30PM. Have a basketball player at home between the ages of 11-13? Bring them with you! We open our basketball court for pickup games and open play during this time, making Sunday a day of fitness for the whole family! Just sign your child up for open play when you sign yourself up for Xtreme Hip Hop!
We also have neon glow party step classes once a quarter where we turn on the blacklight and get wild!

Lady Lift is available Tuesday and Thursday Nights at 6:30PM and also on Saturdays at 9AM in the form of our Lady Lift Boot Camp.
