At The Factory

We specialize in offering one on one training to student athletes in a fun, educational, and positive group environment. Our goal is to help equip the next generation of athletes to meet the challenges of athletic competition with confidence and courage. 

Whether your child is just starting out, wants to improve their game, or is competing on a high school level and considering college pursuits, we've got programs that will help get them where they want to go. 

Our coaches are former athletes and players themselves, and bring years of experience and education to the table. We strive to make The Factory a positive and welcoming community where kids feel safe, included, and empowered.

Basketball skills development


Elite basketball

For players ages 14+ who play at the Varsity level. This class focuses on strengthening existing skills and equipping student athletes to not only excel at the High School level, but begin to pursue college level athletics if they desire.  This class is available Wednesdays at 6PM.

basketball clinic

For players ages 9+. This group basketball class uses drills, hands on training, and challenging gameplay to help athletes improve their basketball skills. This class is available Saturdays at 10AM.

college level

For college level athletes looking to improve their game and strengthen their skills. This class is available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:15AM.

Youth Elite basketball

For players ages 6-14 who understand the game and rules of basketball. This class is designed for athletes who already have a foundation of basketball skills, but are not yet able to play at the Varsity level. This class focuses on helping younger players develop the skills they need to play at the next level and is available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6PM.

Want a more personal training session? One-on-one training is available with any of our coaches upon request. 

 varsity pick-up

This elite, invite only, girls pick up game is not for the weak of heart. We search the area looking for the best of the best and invite them to compete in weekly pick up games to strengthen their skills. Girl's Varsity Pick-up games take place on Sundays. Contact The Factory if you're interested in having your child selected!

Do you have a student athlete who wants to increase their speed, improve their stamina, and learn to prevent injury? Our coaches offer several different programs to do just that! Learn proper form and technique to prevent injury and increase overall playability in our Mobility & Injury Prevention and Speed School classes. 

Football players will love our Running Back University, and Lowcountry Offensive Line Development classes where we'll drill in on the fundamentals of gameplay and help strengthen each athlete's capabilities in their position.



Learn the proper technique, posture, and form needed to excel in a variety of sports while maintaining optimal health and preventing injury. This performance based workout is geared towards improvement in balance, mobility, speed, & explosiveness. This class is available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5PM.


Our Lowcountry Offensive Line Development class is geared towards helping offensive linemen develop a stronger vision of movement on the line, and helping them develop fundamental skills. This class is available Saturdays at 10AM.


Speed school is perfect for athletes who participate in any sport. It is designed for all levels of male and female athletes, and focuses on strengthening form, posture, and stride to increase speed and prevent injury during sports. Speed School is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 11AM.


Running Back University is specifically for running backs who want to work on ball carrier development, understanding stance and alignment, footwork, movement, balance and ball security, yards after contact and finishing runs, pass catching, and pass protection. 


OFF-SZN is our comprehensive speed, strength, and conditioning program designed to improve balance, coordination, functional mobility, power and strength, explosiveness, speed, and confidence. This class is available for Elite 18+ athletes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 5:30AM and Varsity age 13+ athletes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30PM.

youth volleyball

skills development


We offer volleyball training for beginner to intermediate level athletes, ages 6-13. 

Student athletes will learn to grow, develop, and master all basic moves and skills needed to play volleyball. 

This class focuses on technique, form, posture, and working as a team. 

Volleyball Development is available on Saturdays at 8AM.
